Your first visit will be a chance for us to learn about you and your vital information, and for you to interview us about your concerns and wishes. In that visit we will also complete an assessment of you and you will receive your first adjustment as well.
You are free to download the 'Life Story" form and bring it with you. This is your vital information and will be used to look at your life experiences that may have contributed to where you are today.
